All of our foremen and workers are union members, and every person on the site is doing hands-on work to ensure a quality, safe result. Our Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is 0.8, and we continually push to improve on this already excellent score by providing continuing safety instruction and job site mentoring.

CitySteel received its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification with the Michigan Department of Transportation in 2006 and is pre-qualified with MDOT for structural steel construction work.
